The SLEE MPS Embedding Station & Cryoplate is a modular paraffin embedding system designed to provide efficient workflow organization, ergonomic operation, and reliable tissue embedding performance for histology and pathology laboratories. Engineered with flexibility and user convenience in mind, the SLEE MPS system combines a spacious paraffin dispensing station, pre-warming module, and high-performance cooling plate to support smooth, high-throughput embedding workflows.
The modular design allows laboratories to configure the system according to their workspace and workflow requirements while maintaining a consistent working height across all modules. The embedding station features a large heated paraffin reservoir, adjustable paraffin flow controls, heated working surfaces, and integrated cooling spots to improve specimen orientation and embedding precision. Ergonomic arm rests, adjustable LED illumination, intuitive controls, and an integrated magnifier help improve operator comfort and visibility during daily use.
The MPS Cryoplate module delivers fast and reliable cooling of paraffin blocks using a compressor-cooled anodized aluminum surface designed for uniform temperature distribution and easy cleaning. Cooling temperatures can reach as low as -15°C, allowing efficient block solidification and improved workflow efficiency. Programmable operating schedules and intelligent temperature controls help laboratories optimize daily operation while minimizing energy consumption.
Additional workflow-enhancing features include programmable operating times, heated mold and cassette storage areas, magnetic forceps holders, foot pedal paraffin dispensing, heated wax trimming systems, removable paraffin collection trays, and optional heated forceps.
